You're not broken.
You need to be led
back to your soul.

Something went quiet inside. The version of yourself you were running on stopped working — and you've been pushing through the silence ever since. This work is about finding what's underneath, and building something you can actually live from.

If the thread broke,
this is where we pick it up.

Therapy here is for people who've lost something — not necessarily something they can name. A sense of direction. A version of themselves that used to make sense. The feeling that life was connected to something real.

Adults in any season. Youth navigating foster care and transition. People in early or sustained recovery. Those whose identity collapsed when the role, the relationship, or the structure did. Telehealth available across Indiana.

Adults
Trauma, Identity & Meaning
Something disrupted the trajectory. The story you were telling about yourself doesn't hold anymore. We work on what actually happened and what you want to build from here.
Recovery
Substance Use & Reconnection
SUD is rarely just about the substance. Underneath is usually pain, numbness, or a self that went missing. Recovery that holds has to address what the use was doing.
Youth & Families
Foster Care & Attachment
Kids and young adults who've moved through systems — and the families holding them. Attachment disruption, instability, and transition require a specific kind of care.
Transitions
When the Map Stops Working
Career collapse, relationship endings, spiritual crisis, burnout. When what you built no longer fits who you are. These are the most important moments to not move through alone.

Body, mind, spirit.
Not separately.

The work isn't a technique. It's a system — one that runs whether you're in session or not. The goal is to build something you can live from, not just feel better in a room.

Clinically grounded. Evidence-based. And honest about the fact that healing that only happens in the head doesn't tend to hold. The nervous system, the patterns carved in early, the parts of self you buried to survive — all of it matters here.

Session to session, we're building consistency. Balance and steadiness under pressure. Not because life gets easier — but because you get sturdier. That's the practice.

Clinical
CBT, DBT, IFS, Brainspotting, FFT. Structure that serves the work. The right tool for what's actually in front of us.
Somatic
The body holds what the mind skips over. Nervous system regulation, breath, and presence are structural — not optional. We work there.
Spirit & Meaning
Not religious — unless that's your language. A connection to something larger than the survival story. Purpose and direction. What makes the work matter.
Habit & System
Insight without implementation fades. We build something repeatable — practices that hold during the hard stretches, not just the calm ones.

The presenting problem
is rarely the whole problem.

"Therapy isn't about fixing what's broken.
It's about finding what was real to begin with."
01
Substance Use & Recovery
SUD treatment that goes past the behavior into what drove it. Shame, trauma history, disconnection from self — the substance was solving something. We find out what.
02
Trauma & Attachment
Adverse childhood experiences, relational trauma, foster care, loss. The nervous system learned to protect you. Now that protection is the problem. We work on rewiring it.
03
Identity Collapse
Career ended. Relationship broke. The role you built yourself around is gone. When the structure falls, you find out what was underneath — and that's where the real work starts.
04
Purposelessness
Going through the motions. Functional but hollow. Everything looks fine from the outside. This kind of emptiness is real, and it has roots. We find them.
05
Foster Youth & Alumni
Young people who've moved through systems and are now trying to figure out who they are outside of them. Stability, identity, connection — building something that holds.
06
Life Transitions
Divorce, job loss, relocation, faith shifts, burnout. When the old map stops working. Disorientation is normal here. What matters is having someone steady beside you.

Evidence-based.
Whole-person applied.

Trauma
Brainspotting
Subcortical trauma processing through focused eye positions. Bypasses the narrative and goes where the body holds it.
Internal Systems
Internal Family Systems
Mapping the parts of self — protectors, exiles, and the Self beneath them. Healing at the level of inner structure.
Behavioral
Dialectical Behavior Therapy
Distress tolerance, emotional regulation, interpersonal effectiveness. Skills for when the system gets overwhelmed.
Cognitive
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
Examining thought patterns that run in the background and keep you stuck in loops you didn't choose.
Family Systems
Functional Family Therapy
Evidence-based family intervention for youth in behavioral health and foster care contexts. Relational repair.
Body-Based
Somatic Practices
Breath, movement, and nervous system regulation integrated into session. Yoga and meditation background. The body is part of treatment.

Built from the
inside out.

I spent years in high-stakes sales and real estate. I was good at it. And I know exactly what it costs — because I paid it. Performance culture has a shadow side that never makes the quarterly report. I've lived on both sides of that ledger.

I came to this work through a reckoning, not a straight line. The clinical training, the somatic practices, the framework I bring to sessions — none of it is separate from the life I've been building. I'm not asking clients to do something I haven't had to do myself.

The system I work from treats body, mind, and spirit as one thing, not three separate tracks. Steadiness under pressure isn't a concept here. It's the practice — built session by session, habit by habit, until it's the thing you return to when things get hard. Because they will.
